Dirty and not worth it for the price

The property is opposite to CEMETERY!!!!! Nothing good about this suite!!!!!!!! It was close to the tourist spot which I can confirm but that’s no good reason to stay in this pathetic accommodation! The room i initially booked was deluxe double bedroom with sea view age balcony, which happened to be on 4th floor when we arrived. We downgraded to a double bed room apartment kind of accommodation on the 2nd floor as we have a 4 months old baby and can’t climb up and downstairs from 4th floor. The 2nd floor apartment was dirty and smelly. There were cockroaches in the hall, there were skid marks on the toilet and the kettle was dirty with tea burnt inside of it. We requested for a crib and the crib was the dirtiest and unhygienic crib I have ever seen!!! He(Remzi fellow ) charged us 110 euro for 2 nights! (Basically cheated us for the pathetic accommodation n service) The food they give you for 10€ is worthless than 5€ so I suggest pls take care of your own breakfast . They also kept a broken chair fixing it with Fevicol,and when I sat on it, I fell down and hurt myself. On complaining the staff, they were not even apologetic about it! They make sure they overcharge you for everything. The staff is one stuck up fellow called REMZI or something. He has no hospitality or customer management skills! We were sooo desperate on vacating this accommodation and moving to our next accommodation which was a 5 star hotel!

We arrived to an office. We were then taken to another building about 10 mins walk with our luggage through busy traffic. We were not provided with the room we booked which was a queen room with sea views. There was a damp smell in the rooms like the air conditioned filters had not been changed. there was mould in the shower room. we told the person that these were not the rooms we had booked. But the reply was these are the only rooms available. the three rooms we booked were on three floors connected by a steep staircase. The rooms were not clean and the curtains did not operate properly. We requested a refund but they refused but we still decided to move out and find another better hotel.

We were met by a guy called Dennis. He was very polite and very patient with all of our questions. The room was very clean and had a nice roof top balcony to enjoy the views. Dennis was a very happy guy and makes you feel immediately welcome when you enter. I would definately go back there if I was to visit again. The local traditional Turkish food around the corner he suggested did not disappoint. For the price of a kebab in the center you can get to enjoy their traditional dishes and be very full for half the price, we went back twice. I forgot the name of it unfortunately but a great recommendation 👍

The address takes you to the office and not the accommodation you think you are getting or that you booked. The owner manages several apartments and it is bit of Russian roulette of what is available when you arrive there. The owner is not tourist friendly and seem more set on maximising his profits. You will pay extra than the advertised price if you pay by credit card. Employees were apologetic, saying that they merely worked there. Fortunately there are many other accommodation options in the vicinity at a cheaper rate. There is a posted info on the website about free transfer from the airport if you stay more than 3 days but this was also disputed by the owner - he indicated it was not his website! Too many negatives to give you peace of mind!

i went there with my family,we took a family suite..very clean helpful stuff..you can found what you want around the hotel, market, pharmacy ,metro,shops, restaurants we had amazing time there and at last special thanks for dennis the owner for his hospitality ..he is very helpful and we will come again ❤❤❤
